I went on unpaid leave, since when will I receive unemployment benefit?

If your employer sent you on unpaid leave for a period of at least 30 days, you will be entitled to unemployment benefit from the start of unpaid leave, depending on your compliance with the conditions of entitlement.

Important information,

• You will start receiving unemployment benefit even if you have not taken all your vacation days.
•  Unemployment benefits are not paid for the first 5 days of unemployment, only in the first month of unemployment. These days are not deducted from your entitled quota of unemployment days.
  This provision is applicable from 1.6.20 to 30.11.20.
